This is an older property and the edges and transitions were in need of some attention.  

Located on a lakefront, the owner and her family enjoy the recreational lifestyle that the lakefront offers. They boat, kayak and entertain while taking advantage of cool breezes, stunning sunsets and gorgeous views.

We suggested new plantings at the fence lines, a cleaner retaining edge along the water, an improved utility area at the side of the home, a redesign of the deck to open up the view by relocating the spa and a new, low-maintenance entry garden to dial up the home's curb appeal.
