Design Goals of this Project:

▪ To create a place unique to the spirit of a little boy who was killed in a tragic car accident

▪ To pay tribute to those who loved him and were left behind by his loss

▪ To encourage the community to visit this place for reflection and remembrance

▪ To revitalize this beautiful location as a park for the community and their pets
